SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
We closely oversee the crafting and shipping of every item we sell. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less S&H and restocking fee), provided the item is returned within fourteen (14) days from date of shipment and that it is not a custom order or item (see custom item description below). xtraSavings.com will not accept returns on items that have been worn, laundered, or specially customized. xtraSavings.com will not accept returns to damaged items as a result of misuse, neglect, or improper environmental conditions. If the damage is due to shipping errors by the carrier, we must be notified within 5 business days, so a claim can be filed with the carrier.

CLEARANCE ITEMS:
All clearance items are "as is". All sales final.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION GUARANTEE:
xtraSavings.com does not sell or distribute any information we acquire directly from our customers. This includes your e-mail address, postal address, phone number, and any other personal data. We respect your privacy!

RETURNS:
To return goods, you must call 863-248-6620 and request a RMA. (Return Merchandise Authorization) Any returns without an RMA # will be refused. Please save item(s) and packaging as you will need to use the original packaging for all returns. xtraSavings.com is not responsible for any packages returned that are not in the appropriate packaging. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice with your return along with a brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item(s). We will gladly replace it with a new selection of your choice or refund you for the cost of the item(s) (less S&H). All returns are subject to a twenty-five percent restocking fee.

SALES TAX:
All State of Florida residents are required by law to pay a 7% state sales tax.

TURN AROUND TIME:
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours depending upon size of order and quantities in stock. Occasionally, orders do take a few weeks if a products is placed on back order. If prompt delivery is a concern, please call or email us for product availability. Please note that shipping Companies don't work on weekends and hollidays, so your order will be shipped the next business day.

RETURNED CHECKS:
Any checks being returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason will be submitted for collection immediately. Each returned check will result in a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) service charge to the consumer.

DELIVERY TERMS:
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service unless otherwise specified.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:
Shipping and Handling charges are determined strictly by the price and destination of your order.

INDEMNIFICATION:
All customers and users of xtraSavings.com, this web site, and the merchandise contained within agree to indemnify and hold xtraSavings.com, its employees, suppliers, and affiliates harmless from any dispute which may arise from a breach of this agreement. In addition, the customer agrees to hold xtraSavings.com. harmless from any claims and/or expenses, including any and all reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, related to the customer's use of this web site and the merchandise contained within.

xtraSavings.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

PRICES, CHARGES, AND PAYMENT:
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. All charges must be paid in U.S. dollars. All international money orders must be drawn from U.S. funds. xtraSavings.com reserves the right to change the prices of merchandise sold on this web site at any time.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES/TAXES:
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any duties or value-added taxes that may be assessed by your local Customs office.
